doc,

I went long and full this year too! It ain't H&R, but it is 30" full choke. Try out some of the Winchester HV turkey loads. This is the first time I tried them and that old Model 12 will put 148 in a 10" circle at 35 yards with them --- and that is with a 2 3/4" shell!

Oh and I also have a 28" full or it may be 30" that my stepdad gave me with a case hardened frame and it is awesome for them 100' trees in the swamp chasing squirrels.

Yes, that is sweet........something about long barrels just looks good to me.
I do know that my 28" full works really well on turkey with 2 3/4 loads, so you'll like it,
(but mine shoots 4" further than yours)  ;)
