current production 20ga Compact Ultra Slugger

Looking at getting one and putting a T-hole stock on it. I love my Sidekick that I cut to 20"
So,
1) is this the same heavy barrel as the ultra slugger, except 2" shorter ?
2) anyone have one? are they good out to 150 yards ?
