clodbuster - what do your cases look like after firing, and specifically, what do the 'stuck' cases look like? You mentioned that your reloads were way under max - could they be so far under that you get 'blowback' running down the side of some cases, causing them to stick in the chamber a bit. If all you have to do is wiggle the lever a bit, and not use a cleaning rod to get a stuck case out of the chamber, it sounds like there is some crud holding the case in for a bit until it cools off enough to almost drop out by itself.
