Recent Purchase

I had thousands of .38 Special cases so I picked this one up.  Just something to pack around in the woods.

I was thinking about some 158 grain SWCs over a modest amount of Unique or a similar powder.

My local gunshop has a couple of these come through every year.

Usually run somewhere around $265 for a used Blackhawk in .357Magnum.

I have bought several over the years...don't really need them ;D, but it seemed like the right thing to do.

One of these days, I am going to send one off to be converted to .41Special (when funds allow).

I'd like to have a Single Six in .41 Special.

Very nice buy Swampy!!!  I too would like a single six conversion of some kind.  Can a 41cal cylinder fit the cylinder window in a single six frame?
If you like, please enjoy some of my hunt pics at:

It requires a custom made 5 shot cylinder.

I believe this one was made in 1994.  I shot it some at 25 yards yesterday, and it is very accurate.

Sweet! I've owned two and regret selling them. Been thinking hard about buying another. Awesome gun for carrying in the woods. Hope it serves you well.

Good buy Swamp.  I've had in mind I'd like another just like that.  Sold mine years ago to help pay college tuition for some little girls I know....I hope it serves you well..

I was able to trade a fellow forum member for some hard cast 172 grain Keith SWCs.  I have a new can of Unique and 500 primers.  I need to get to work.
