We have a bunch of Ohio Valley Hoosiers down in the Hunting in Indiana forum. I saw the great river last week and it was outta it's banks by a wee little bit. ;)

Thanks, Dinny

Yep! We have a bunch of high water here. Big creeks dropped about 2 feet today, river won't be far behind.

Warren County KY.  You have to float down the Barren River then to the Green before you get to the Ohio River.

typically most of the places slow cook or smoke the meat after putting a rub on, then when it's done or slightly before a tomato based sauce is applied.  Very messy, but I usually eat till I can't eat no more ;D
