The world can follow the example of the people of Japan. There is no looting going on. How many other countries would be able to say that ?

Not at all. They had an expert in the Japanese culture speak. He stated that the Japanese have no sense of entitlement in their culture. That in itself makes all the difference.

Yes the Japanese mind set is totally different. When you have a sense of personal honor you do not loot. When you have a sense of national honor you rebuild. I would rather throw my tax dollars at a group of people who do not loot and work on rebuilding.
