breach plug question

when you screw breach plug in is one of the slots in plug supposed to line up with the wide slot in barrel,when mine is screwed in the slots in breach plug are straight up and down,and where can i buy primer carriers,or breach plug that just uses 209 primers without carrier

My slot did not line up when it was fully seated. I never worried about it and it worked fine. H&R/NEF should still have some primer carriers for sale.

The only two flaws in my Huntsman are the breech plug and the ramrod. Both of these are a bit Rube Goldberg for my taste. I hope these are addressed by Cerberus.
