just got a h&rhandi rifle .223,shot some loads ive been useing,varget 25.8 grains,rp brass cci 400 primers,hornady 55 v-max bulletts.shoots real good,got some p-dogs at about tha same distance as with my remington 700 .223  really performed well. anybody got some other loads that work well with this handi rifle?

............Just wanted to give you a reply.....I saw the electric scale post also but I don't have the partner version....I have the large version and powder dispenser......as for the 223 loads...I don't have the Handi Rifle but do load for a couple of other 223's and they like H335 powder and 52-55grain bullets..start at 25.0gr and work up.....the powder loads good and fits the case well....I use REm 7 1/2 or Fed sr primers and it seems to make little difference the Handi Rifle is a fun gun and like all guns it has it's likes and dislikes but several guns do well with those H335 loads.........and as for the scale if you are in the house/heated area then it would not take the whole 30min to warm up but just turn it back on when it auto shuts off and use a check weight to see if it reads correctly......HTH..good luck and good shooting!!!
