I don't have the stainless version but have been very happy with mine. Accuracy has never exceeded MOA with any load I have ever tried and I have shot many 5 shot groups closer to 1/2" and a few under that. I have yet to try any bullets lighter than 70 gr or heavier than 100 gr (factory). For whatever reason The speer nitro loads seem to have a 8" difference in POI than any other loads I have shot. I have taken a couple of deer with no problems, though both (lung shots) went about 50 yards before dropping. My son has popped prarrie dogs out to 200 yards with it with relative ease.  Don't know what scope yours has. Mine has a Simmons whitetail (?) 3-10 which has worked flawlessly.
Just another worthless opinion!!
