H&R doesn't offer forends specifically for any barrel contour, they're one size fits all, the only difference you'll see is between different production years on wood forends,  I have several H&R retail parts lists, one of them is in the FAQs, they don't list different forend channels for forends, they do list some specific for some shotgun barrels tho. From the FAQs retail parts page....The camo Laminate checkered butt is part number FR02464 and checkered forend FS02413.

I have 49 complete H&R firearms, plus a bunch of spare stocks and forends, the forends swap between all of them with the exception of some of the shotgun barrels, the TDC and the USH require a different forend. The old style synthetic forends have the smallest barrel channel, I suspect H&R has them made that way (by Choate) because they're standard on the Superlights and the rimfires, but they still fit the bull barrel 17HMR and 17M2.

There may be a smooth camo lam forend available too, part number FR01182, also listed on the retail parts page, asking for a part number usually helps a lot.
