Privi from Aim Surplus is about as good as it gets for reasonably priced new ammo.

boxer primed, reloadable.

Widener's  has the same ammo, same price.  Whether there would be a difference in shipping I can't say.

By this I take it that you do currently reload, just not for the .303.

I do find that time to time sportsmans guide has all the hard to find ammo sooner or later.

example;
After the very first shortage of the 7,62x39 and 7,62x54r norinco stuff SPG had the czech silver tip 7,62x54r 880rd case delivered to our door for just $85.  Soon after they had the barnaul 7,62x39 for 1000rds for $59.  SPG seems to have the deals after the shortages of ammo all the time.

Now if you want less wear on our fingers searching for ammo go to;

www.gun-deals.com/ammo/php  and look for what caliber you want and they list the best deals on the net.

SAMCO Global arms often has surplus .303. Mainly berdan, corrosive and not so cheap anymore. Luck. (No telling if you google it.)

I would go with either Sellier and Bellot or PRVI, new not surplus.  The brass is reloadable and if you are shooting a SMLE or P-14 Enfield you may wish to consider a neck sizing die rather than a full length sizer.  I believe that for surplus you can find some at J&G Sales, Global, SAMCO and the like but check our sponsors list for surplus deals.  ABout the best surplus I have shot in a long time is the Greek Surplus - necks are annealed and it is reloadable.  With some surplus you get a lot of variation in consistency of ignition and accuracy, not to mention older corrosive primers.  HTH.
