You can't defend an agenda like gun control. How many law abiding citizens commit crimes.
By definition of law abiding that means zero. When the honest citizens has thier rights stripped away it is criminal on the part of government.

I too am waiting for a certain liberal to pop in and make some ridiculous statement about how gun control is best for America. I am betting it won't happen though.

The true problem is when adultry, perversions, violence, criminal behavior etc. are glamourized, the wrong message is sent to the weak minded and they believe these things are ok.
The constitution is an excellent document written by men. To go one step farther the simple rule "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" needs to be taught at home and in schools.
