Just giving credit where credit is due.

They don't allow abuse of their already lenient policies and they shouldn't, but if they should make something right, they will, and fast.  I like that.

And they probably just sold another Encore in the process.

I've used them 5 or 6 times over the last 30 years and all I can says is they are hands down they best (Leupold, too!).  But I will add, they don't know squat about the Hornaday bullets they market under their own name.

they have the best service and people that know there product great and quality parts.

Their service is tops.  They still cover the old Hawkens and Renegades very well.

I had an older T/C Hawken and a part on the lock broke.  They sent me my lock with all new parts but it was deeper than my old lock and I messed up the stock trying to fit it.  I sent the whole mess to T/C and they sent me a new stock at no cost.  Can't beat a company that treats you so nice.
