Under the cover of releasing his "birth certificate" today, chairman o made general petraus the head of the CIA today while demoting leon panetta to the pentagon to cut the pentagons budget. Since o thinks he is above congress he will have the CIA at his bidding under a generals command instead of a politician. Aren't there CIA operatives on the ground in libya?
