Can't say, "he's losing it"....

  Simoly because he appears to have LOST IT a long time ago.  Poor old Jimmy..he seems to think it is the fault of South Korea, the US or half dozen other nations, that the N. Koreans are starving;
     http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2011/04/28/carter_us_committing_human_rights_violation_against_north_koreans.html

  Mopst of us have already deduced that if the N Korean leader (named one "IL" or another) would quit buying and building all that military hardware, developing nuclear weapons and maintaining a multi million man army...perhaps his people wouldn't be so hungry.
   If he would quit developing a huge army..nuclear weapons ...and work at developing N Korea agriculturally and commercially, his country could be much better off.. He can use South Korea as an example...
    I wonder if good old Jimmy... told hairman  IL of those facts ?
If you don't want the truth, don't ask me.  If you want something sugar coated...go eat a donut !  (anon)

I find it strange a country can build and test a nuclear weapon but can't feed it's people.
We as a world community should blame the neighboring nations for growing their own economies, feeding their own people and making it a priortity to move out of a third world status. After all having a nuclear weapon is much more important than citizens of your own nation.

Ever see a satelite photo of the korean penisula at night? South Korea is all lit up North Korea is pretty dark. I'll bet the nuclear weapons program keeps the citizens warm in the winter also.

Now if we could just get a libtard to blame everything on another nation for us or perhaps blame Bush for printing an extra trillion dollars, borrowing without thought of repayment,
and sending yet another idiot to a nation that refuses to take care of its own people. Maybe we should just give N Korea a few billion dollars, I would bet the leaders would feed their people and build infra structure... or maybe just push the nuclear weapons progam along.
