cylinder reaming effects

Hello All...New guy here...Great Site!
Inherited a nice engraved ss Vaquero in .45 Colt that previous owner used in cowboy shooting. I measured all cylinder throats at .4501. Curious what effect reaming cylinders to .452 or .4525  will have with jacketed bullets. I will be shooting mostly cast bullets but have quite a few jacketed on hand.  Thanks for any info....Captn-tin

.4525 is what a lot of custom jobs have. I had one done to that spec and it really helped tighten up the group a lot. Went from 8"-10" at 25 to about 3". Not bad for my eyes. I think it will do better. The guy who did it somehow got the custom octagon barrel installed crooked (or more likely the barrel maker got the threads cut crooked) so it prints about 6" to the left with the sights maxed out. I  have found a really good gunsmith close to home that I know I can trust to install a new barrel he is having made by ER SHAW. He is friends with one of the guys that works there. Can't wait to get it back and see how it does!
