Ruger 22/45 Package Contents?

Here's a quick question for those of you out there who have ever bought a new Ruger 22/45 - more specifically, the blued bull barrel, wood grip model.

When I bought my Mk. III (Target) for typical plinking, it came with a factory optics rail for installation straight out of the box.  What I want to know is whether I'll need to buy myself another one with a new 22/45, or if it comes already packaged with one.  Seems like an easy enough question for someone with experience here...

I bought a Ruger 22/45 about 2 years ago. Bull barrel, black plastic grips - came with lock, fired cartridge and top rail - which I mounted immediately.
