I love my wife

 ;D and here's why.

I brought in two basses to sell on consignment and there was only about a hundred buck difference so she gave me the green light for a late birthday present.

Very nice bass! The wife sounds like a keeper, too.

Sorry, this new setup here at gb isn't working right for me yet.

It's a 1999 Gibson thunderbird. Plays like butter, my guitar player was amazed at how smooth the action was. Sounds awesome, nice and round when you play it lightly and has a great growl when you hit it harder. Looks killer too.

I run it through an Ampeg svt 4 pro head and a svt cab with 4-10's and 1-15 instead of all 10's.

I want to get another cabinet (bass players wet dream, two svt cabs). I have been working a lot of overtime lately, maybe I can find one cheap enough.

Also yes she is a keeper. We celebrated our 20th anniversary last year. Seems like 20 minutes. All under water. ;D
Just kidding she is a good woman.
