A 410 bore is .41" and the 45LC is .452 so you would have to deal with the pilot diameter issue on the reamer if you want to ream a 45LC to 410. If you do it then and want to load 410 plastic/brass hulls about the biggest diameter bullet you can put in the 410 hull is about .41" unless you neck size the hull. So it would seem that it would not work well shooting 410 slugs in a 45LC barrel reamed to 410. You could shoot 410 shot shells but you have the rifling induced rotation of your shot cup to deal with.
I believe Spanky is spot on with the weaker barrel for the 45LC/410. So a 460 S&W is a hotter cartridge than the 454 Cas so the you would increase your chances of a "OOPS" if you chamber a 45LC/410 to 460 S&W.
