Wall. Not a fence. And towers every 100 meters 100 meters behind the high density anti personell mine field.

:) Howdy! I wonder if there will be a way for wildlife to cross, etc. Unless everyone takes the fence/wall seriously and builds it correctly, it may be for nothing. Those wanting to illegally cross from Mexico into Arizona will look for weaknesses in the fence, cut it, then come in like they have done before.  A fence or wall is a start and step into the right direction; however, I wish I could be more optimistic. "The bill does not specify a cost or make an appropriation but says the state would use donations, inmate labor and private contractors."

Sounds like a sure fire gonna git er done thing which ought to pacify the pantywetters! 8)

IMO the good Governor can sign as many bills as she has ink. None of that type will ever be enacted. The Feds or a environmental group will block it to the next ice age.

Both our northern and southern borders should be walled, with the only openings at border crossing points.

I would think the labor would probably be volunteers if she advertises. I sure would if I lived down that way. I would think she would also get a lot of donations. People are getting real tired of it. Except for the few who think the mexicans and other have rights to our tax dollars.
