7 GNR a few questions

I'm new to the board so if this has been covered, please bear with me.
I'm thinking of rechambering a TC 16 1/8  7-30 waters barrel to 7GNR.
First is this a good move on my Part ? Next is this cartridge easy to work with ? I'm recoil sensitive, if it recoils heavy and has a lot of muzzle flash I won't shoot it well, is this a issue for me ? What is your thoughts on the matter.

My 20" carbine 7 GNR barrel is my favorite. It is easy to work with from the stand point that all you do is fire a 7-30 waters in the 7 GNR chamber to form the brass. I used factory loaded 7-30. Gary did mention to me that you can form brass with any 30-30 style brass by creating a 7 GNR false shoulder. Reloading is a snap just adjust the FL die backed off a hair from the shell holder and just resize. The only catch is dies are $90 but there are custom Redding. My barrel is custom and really shoots well, it clusters at 100 yards. The load I shoot most of the time is a max 7-30 waters varget load. Gary claims that you can get a velocity gain that nears the 7x57 mauser but I have never tried to milk the full potential. Less case stretching would be another benifit if that is important. The cartridge is just plain sexy. Recoil, maybe a little more if you hot rod it.
