Golda Meyer, Prime minister of Isreal, once said we will have peace in the middle east when the Palistinians love their children more than they hate us.
I think the isreali should do three things to end all bombings.
1) kill everyone in the emidiate family over 16.  aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers, sisters, parents.  At some point family members will be turning in potential bombers.
2) adopt everyone under 16 out to Jewish families all over the world.

A freind of my Father was raised in Germany in the 30's and was Hitler Youth.  I saw pictures of him and he looked like a recruiting poster.  His parents smuggled him out through Holland to his Grandparents in NY.
They simply enrolled him in an all Jewish school and after a few months of being beaten up for his "Juden!" comments and later became freinds with them and realized that the hate speach was silly.

Years ago I read an article and saw a video that went with it about a bomber and his family.  There was a party after that had pictures of the Father helping to strap the son into the vest.  The reporter asked why he would help his son to kill himself and his answer was the Stipend that he got from Iraq as well as the prestigue of having a marter as a son.  This is when I came up with the idea to just wipe out the family and adopt the kids out to Jewish families all over the globe. 
We as Americans can not see sane people doing this.  But we also can not see killing girl children like they do in China, The honor killings that go on in the arab world, not to mention the female enslavement.  Not to mention selling the kids.  Things we can not comprehend how parents can do such things.
