Dillon RL 550B: where to buy?
« on: January 04, 2004, 02:47:38 PM »
Folks -

I am looking for a new Dillon RL 550B, my first press, which will be used to load .44 Magnum loads, to start.  I would appreciate recommendations on where to buy the following:

1) RL 550B press, with .44 Mag/.44 Special conversion kit,  Dillon part # K12033 (Dillon website lists this at $329.95);

2) .44 Magnum/.44 special carbide 3 die set, Dillon part #14403 (Dillon website lists this for $49.95).

Can I find this equipment cheaper anywhere else?  If so, I'd appreciate any leads.

(The best I've found on ebay thus far is no less expensive.)

I bought mine here http://www.eguns.com/Dillon_Precision/RL550B/rl550b.html
Chad is actually just as helpfull if not more, as the folks at Dillon and will do his best to save you money on shipping or where ever he can. I'v ordered quite a few things from him and a couple from Dillon and he is a lot faster to ship than they are. The one order he sent a day or two later than he'd estimated,he included a free toolhead in the order! Thats my kind of supplier!
