Not a Carpenter
« on: June 09, 2011, 08:59:37 AM »
At least, not yet, but, I still have all of my fingers. I made these oak wheels for a carriage that I am building. This is all taking too long, but enjoyed finally getting these the way I want them. There are 3 diameters below 4, 4 1/4 and 5 1/4 diameter. I have no idea if there is any interest in these. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks for the interest. These are for a carriage that I am building for a Customer. It is a Naval Carriage for a 24 1/4" long barrel that I have not seen. It is just a tad under 3" diameter. This carriage has shown me how much I didn't know. It has taken much longer than reasonable, but, the  time and agony that I went through, I view as tuition. I am certainly not an expert, but as I see this coming to a completion, I am smiling.
