Swampman,

What's up with this ?  No replies!

It's OK.  Don't take it personally.  Everyone is out playing softball or mowing the lawn.  Whatever! :o

Nice line up of Marlins you have there. 8)   Confluence of Mississippi and Missouri, IIRC?  My sis and BIL live in the area.

I am an old Boone Country boy myself.  My swamp experience was in the area of Pocahantas, Arkansas, in the Current River bottoms.  My grandfather used to take me after swamp rabbits in what he called "flat woods" which were partially flooded, depending on the season.  No deer back then (1950s).  But those swampers sure ran a big circle when a handfull of beagles were on the trail.

Good luck with the baseball Cardinals.  I support them via the A-B brewery in Ft. Collins, CO.  ;)

My Marlin line-up includes a Revelution (Western Auto brand) .30-30, a 336 in .35 Rem., and a 444S (1977).  Sorry, but no group photo.

Have a great weekend.

My eyes aren't as good as they use to be.

I can't see the sights or the target.
