Green beans......

Kinda weird. Some green beans come up with no leaves....just a stem. Actually I realize that the 1st things that look like leaves aren't, they are called something else. But still it is weird and never knew why that happens.

Mine are doing something weird as well. Planted two rows, all came up and looked good, until they got to be about 6" tall. Then one morning about half the plants had no leaves at all. The garden had also been fertalized with little round dark colored pellets. Oddest thing really.

R J, did you eat the corrections? We used to make corrections in our young soybeans quite often. Corrections are as good as fried chicken for breakfast. ear

Funny thing is that while the bush green beans were decimated, right next to them was a row of black eyed peas and they were not touched. This has happened before. It just goes to show you that wascally wabbits have no taste, even though they taste good. He, he
