I've got two kids, sat thru plenty of sonograms including the 3D. The 3D can be over blown. As previously stated, baby has to co-operate, fluid has to be in the right quantity and location, etc for clarity. But, once you've had it explained to you what you are looking at it, it is easier to see and understand what you are being shown. A good technician can point out to you what's what.
I thoroughly agree with the OP about liberals and mothers seeing what they are killing, etc. I still find it amazing that this country can say that babies aren't babies until a certain stage in their development, or 'it isn't a baby unless the head is out' and other such idiocy.
I don't know who they think they are fooling, but it's extremely shameful that politicians are allowed to make decisions to kill our offspring like they were yesterday's trash. My greatest hope is that one day we can over throw Roe vs. Wade and the unborn will be constitutionally protected from wholesale slaughter. Our country is guilty already of killing many more times the human lives than the Nazi regime ever did, and them even more innocent than most of the Jews that were killed by the German thugs. To my mind, anyone who supports legalized murder has no right to speak of punishing someone (eg Casey Anthony) for killing their child when they themselves support this hideous bloody agenda.
