Tikka Sporter
« on: June 25, 2011, 08:30:42 AM »
If you go to the website you will see a really nice looking sporter.  but I can't seem to find out if any one imports it and the price.  Anyone have a clue?  I am considering getting into class F shooting and would like to know if that rifle is available.

The lead I got was that Euro-optics will place an order for delivery after new year.  He will take orders now.   The price seemed reasonable, about $1650.  I have thought about it but have changed my mind.

Are there No tikka rifle dealers there . I would think they would be able to order the rifle for you .
The price is not out of line once you compare the same style rifle to that of other rifle makers .

Beretta imports them, heres a link that will get you to nearby dealers where you can find availability and price.  Just put in your zip code.  http://www.berettausa.com/dealers/default.aspx  Basspro and Gandermountain are a couple in my area that handles them.

I fondled one in Beretta's booth at the NRA annual meeting in Pittsburgh this year. Very Nice. I would imagine they plan on importing them since they went to the bother of dragging one to the show.
