Thumbs up for Lee and USPS priority mail !
« on: July 15, 2011, 04:27:13 PM »
2 weeks ago I ordered 2 items from " the world's foremost outfitter". This week I placed 3 orders for small parts for my turret press (should have been 1 order, but I get ahead of myself !)
Yesterday, Thursday, my Cabela's order arrived, no big deal, om time. BUT ALL 3 OF THE LEE ORDERS WERE THERE TOO !!!

Things are changing at Lee, what with the new website/master, and the son now running the outfit, and what I see, I like. Hornady and Lee are the only two companies in the shooting industries to use their name and face out front for the company. (oops, sorry, gotta include Larry "thanks for the business" Potterfield)

Lee has treated me extremely well for nigh on 30yrs, glad to hear that it might be getting even better! True, Im not a 'production' reloader, but they have provided me user friendly tools and 'more bang for my buck'.

I like Lee reloading stuff. That's what both of my presses are, and a handful of their small "tools".

My dies are an equal mix of Lee, RCBS, and Hornady.

You can't beat Lee's bang for the buck.

Grafs is another one.  I've gotten superb service and delivery from them.  I was looking for a Lee Factory Crimp die in 32-20.  Midsouth wanted 10 bucks and change plus 12 something S&H.  I bought it from Grafs and rounded out  the order with a Hornady manual and a 32-20 case trimmer and got their flat 4.95 handling charge.  The order went in online Wednesday and it arrived Friday.  Can't beat it.  90% of my stuff is Lee The rest RCBS, Lyman, etc.

I buggered up the threads on the decapping pin clamp on my Lee 30-30 resizing die and I sent an email with the part description and included my name and address and got a confirmation email stating its on the way and just a couple days later it was here and my fee was 0.00
Can't beat that for a 19.99 set of dies I have used 10 yrs.  :)
For the price they are well worth the money. I always check availability of the Lees first when needing new dies.

For me it is simple if Lee has it I buy it. I have 2 1000 progress presses one set up for .223 and one for 357 mag. Loaded 1000's of rounds and still going stronge. I used the .223 for my highpower rifle shooting and never had a bad round down range.   Later Tom

I reload with 100% Lee equipment. For the money you can't beat their stuff. I shot this nice group out of my Contender recently, the ammo was loaded with the cheapest press Lee makes and Lee carbide 45 Colt dies - http://www.gboreloaded.com/forums/index.php/topic,236377.0.html

I get 1" groups at 7 yards out of my Ruger LCR with 38 Special loaded on the same cheap press with Lee 38 Special dies.

I use the 16 gauge Load All for my 16 gauge Topper 88. The 1st load I tried using the Unique data that came with the press shoots better than any factory ammo I've tried. I also have a recipe with IMR PB that is fantastic.
