goofing around

I was goofing around on the computer with a song my band is writing. We need a bridge for the middle and I had an idea. This is me on guitar and bass with a drum program.

Very good sound grim. A little hard to hear the detail over the symbols in the drum program. But has a great backbone to it. That's going to be a good song.

I know the mix isn't that great. Like I said it was just me goofing around. I mixed it through my computer speakers also so that doesn't help.

I didn't take it that way, just explaining. I can barely hear the cymbals on my speakers. I really need to connect my studio monitors.
I have a full version,but I just cut and pasted (is that even a word?) the parts together from that version. Mostly just to hear how the song flows all together.
 
Obviously when the entire band plays it ther's more dynamics and definitely more drum work. The singer came up with some pretty cool vocal patterns but no set lyrics yet.
I am very excited about this song, can't wait until Thursday night for practice.
