.44 Special+P

Does anyone have some loading data for .44 Special +P? I have a S&W Mdl 624 and I want to load 250gr bullets up to 1000fps. Hardly Elmer Keith type loads but the only data out there stops at about 800fps.

I don't know what length barrel you have.  At one time I hade a S&W 696 3" barrel and 7.5 gr Unique with a 200 gr. Nosler JHP gave 800 fps.

Other loads I've seen but not tried: (from a Shooting Times article April 1997 pg 58)
17.5 gr. 2400 with a 250 cast bullet 1200 fps in a 6" barrel (for heavy frame guns only)

7.1 gr. W231 with 250 cast bullet 980 fps in a 6" barrel

7.5 gr. Universal Clays 250 cast bullet 960 fps in a 4 5/8" barrel
