"Gropes of Wrath, Tit for pat! Passenger fondles TSA agent"  Good for the passenger, too bad she got arrested.  I wonder how this is going to be resolved.  Comments?

HEH, thats hilarious. I think it's only fair. The poor woman was just trying to verify that it was not a man feeling her up. I read this elsewhere but couldn't link it, thanks.  POWDERMAN.

Funny how when it happens to a TSA agent its sexual assualt but when it happens to a passenger, it for our own good and just doing their job.  The passenger gets arrested and the TSA agent gets paid to do it.

Note where, Jerry Cobb, a spokesman for the Maricopa County attorney's office said:

"The TSA agent also didn't meet the qualifications of a law enforcement officer, which would have triggered a charge of assaulting a police officer, ..." .
