That small Fraser single-shot action was made in Italy and named after the Scottish design, rather than being an exact copy of it or by them.
Frank de Haas wrote up a review of the .22 rifle in Rifle Magazine in the late 80's, and apparently the production (at that time) had some problems with broken firing pins and reliability.
I remember the ads for kits too. Sorry, but dunno where to find one.
