I have a Weigand base on a SBH. This one is a drill n tap and I went with it because the larger percentage of the shooters here reported slippage problems with the no drill types back in 08'. Had a Smith put that Weigand on and it was his preference by far.
 
The Scope? This will be your choice and budget of course. My Super is currently wearing a dot type.
