Remington 7600 scope mount and rings???
« on: August 23, 2011, 07:07:56 PM »
I have a Remington 7600 Carbine on order. I'm going to put an older Redfield 3-9x40mm Scope on it. Can I use Leupolds (or Redfields) standard one piece mount with their low rings with this set up?  I want the scope mounted as low as possible.    Thanks, NYH1!

It should work fine, as long as the scopes objective bell clears the barrel.  If in doubt about the clearance, contact Leupold's customer service and ask.

You can get the 2 piece Talleys for about $50.00 , and save some weight , they work great .
