I think congratulations are in order.
« on: August 10, 2011, 11:35:29 AM »
I've managed to live long enough to become a great grandparent for the second time today.  ;D There wasn't nearly as much fanfare this time as with the first. No emergency C-Section although she did come into the world by C-Section. No wildfire closing highways before we could get to the hospital either. Most everything between here and the hospital burned up earlier this year.

It's another beautiful little girl and her mother managed to carry her full term even though she spent the last three months on bed rest. Both are  doing great and will come home Friday. Then Grandma and Mimi can start the spoiling in earnest. Big sister is so rotten we can hardly stand her so it's time to work on another.  ;D

Congrats! When it comes to giving birth, no drama is the best type of delivery drama. ;)
