First if store keepers are to do this are they paid for the service ?
I would like to think if a store owner or worker knew or highly suspected a terriost was buying from them they would notify the FBI . I would see that as Americans taking care of themselves. What has happened in this country is Americans have stopped taking care of themselves , they elect people to hire others to protect us. And in the process freedom is subsituted for safety. When Americans take responsiblity for themselves again freedom will return.

I'm tired of this crap. Every time you read something about "domestic" terrorism or "safeguarding" us against terrorists I suggest substituting Jew for terrorist and see if it sounds familiar ( think Germany circa 1936 )

Unfortunately society is getting to the point where people see things but refuse to step forward.
In Fullerton California 6 cops beat a man to death while a crowd watched. A lot said they wouldn't testify. In this day and age of everyone having a cell phone I find it hard to believe only one video was taken. (the DA probably won't charge them with murder, he said they didn't intend to kill him. Tased 6 times and beaten while cuffed and hogtied).
 
I don't mind stepping up to the plate but I think law enforcement does to. When they have members commiting murders they need to step forward also.
 
I would turn a terrorist in a micro second. Not becuase the FBI asked or to make BHO happy but becuase it is my responsibilty as a citizen.

Buying of certain things might indicate something going on but it wouldn't mean you are a terrorist. For instance buying MRE's, lots of over the counter pain killers, cases of femine pads, and even thousands of rounds of ammunition. (yes there are legitimate reasons for ammonium nitrate and diesel fuel) I  would think a guy buying this stuff was just stocking up in case we get another "winner" for president.
