Need a Rechamber

I would like to have my .357 Mag Handi rifle rechambered for .356/.358 win. I have been told that I want to have a rim counterbore cut so that I could shoot either caliber. Also told that a floating reamer is not usually the most precise. I can provide a dummy round for accurate throating. Where can I send my barrel?
