People want power, yet everywhere you turn we hear this "Not in my back yard". It's causing problems, and we need to get over it. How is windmills 7 miles out desecrating the beach. Once you got up over the hill have the desecrated the beach by building homes, businesses, or roads? Life goes on, the world changes, and we need to go along with it.
Like in the south people are saying we need to preserve here because some group of Civil War Solders camped here, or Captain So and So was killed here. Sorry there just is not enough land for all those areas to be forever set aside. Too much happened in the South, just like Europe. What would the world look like if everything of historic significance was set aside as a memorial or park. We would need to make a law, only historical siginificant things can be done in areas already set aside so we don't loose anymore land. Yea, I could get behind that law! Just what we need more laws.
