45/410 question
« on: August 19, 2011, 06:38:28 AM »
Hi All,

Anybody out there shooting factory 410 slugs in the 45/410 barrel?  If so, what kinda of accuracy and what brand of slug?  I am assuming slugs would be shot w/o the choke tube installed.

thanks

BB

Why be difficult, when with a little extra effort you can be impossible?

I used winchesters, seemed to do pretty well, and yep without the choke.

Id say if I had a deer within 30yds or so Id take the shot, I didnt shoot enough to really group them, just shot em for fun/pests.

Good luck
