Less than a week til openin' day of tree rat season & less than a month til bow season opener. ;D

RIP Tom: Tom Nolan, ( bikerbeans) passed away this afternoon (02-04-2021).

aren't you a happy camper ;D
it's so hot down here,  if you shoot a squirrel out of a tree,  the meat will spoil before he hits the ground.

bow season here in a couple weeks. i am not a big bowhunter but so short of deer meat ill be out there looking for that perfect shot.i cut up a couple deer last nov during a 80 degree day, they turned out fine.so im looking for a nice tender one come bow season.we have had a couple years of awesum weather with the does haveing twins that it looks like we may be above carrying capacity to winter the present deer herd with the semi drouth conditions we been in on my farm.ill be a responsible hunter and do my part.now on tree rats im waiting a bit till the leaves all fall and i can rifle hunt.
