WCC 860 ball powder

I've acquired a large quantity of WCC 860 ball powder, I can't find loading data, or even the burn rate for it, anybody out there have any experience with it?

W-860 is used in loading .50 caliber military rounds:
240 grains - High-Test Pressure M1
240 grains - Incendiary M1
235 grains - Armor Piercing M2
235 grains -  Ball M2
233 grains  - Armor Piercing M8
235 grains - Ball M33
252 grains Armor Piercing Incendiary T49

I am assuming it is surplus powder.  And, as ricciardelli indicated, it is/was used for 50 caliber military weaponry.  But, much of it is now being sold dirt cheap and the particular lot that I have...MAY NOT BE THE SAME LOT THAT YOU HAVE...loads using H-870 data.  I use it mostly in reduce velocity loads for cast bullets.  Velocities run in the 1200 to 1600 fps range for the 30-30 and 7-30 Waters calibers and a bit faster, 2150 fps for the 270 Winchester.  It is dirty burning at the reduced velocity/pressure loads, but it makes the cast bullets fly downrange at a price that is almost illegal to indicate.  Sometimes I get fair accuracy also.  Good-luck and BE CAREFUL using surplus powders and no publish data...BCB
