According to Wikipedia, the IX Dahlgren had a service charge of 13 pounds.

I don't have a list showing every ship that carried them, but from what I've read they seem pretty ubiquitous. However, this section notes a few ships that used them.

As for Dahlgrens on land, I've found a few pictures while researching these guns. Note most of these are 11"+

This doesn't really answer your questions, but I think it's an interesting read. I've never seen this before, it was written by Admiral Dahlgren's eldest son Charles Bunker Dahlgren.

RIP John. While on vacation July 4th 2013 in northern Wisconsin, he was ATVing with family and pulled ahead of everyone and took off at break-neck speed without a helmet. He lost control.....hit a tree....and the tree won.  He died instantly.

The one thing that you can almost always rely on research leading to, is more research.

The Merrimac was of 3000 tons against 1255 of the Monitor. She also carried 363 men and officers against 42 of the little Monitor, while the armaments were four heavy rifled English guns and six IX-inch Dahlgrens of the former against two XI-inch Dahlgrens of the Monitor.

The Virginia didn't have "four heavy rifled English guns" on her. She had a 7" Brooke rifle at the bow and stern, and a 6.4" Brooke rifle on each broadside.

But it was an interesting read, if a bit biased to the north on the Monitor and Merrimac section.
