I purchased one last fall.  it shoots very well.  I like the ability to shorten the stock for youth and small frame people.  I think you will be pleased.

I have a love affair with T/C. I am addicted to muzzleloading and own several, only T/C's. I purchased the Impact just to give it a try. Heck, it's a great shooter for the value. Heck, it even exceeds the expectations over it's low cost. These were covered at 100 yards using Hornady 300 grain XTP's. I wouldn't change a thing.

My grandson might try it this Fall, I hope anyway if I can talk him into it. Just a little recoil shy at this time in his young life.

The Impact from T/C is a great shooter-A GREAT BUY REGARDLESS OF ENTRY LEVEL OR EXPERIENCED SHOOTERS. IT'S JUST PLAIN FUN!

Yep this one also is a great shooter. My boy shot a 3" group with it out of the box at 75 yds.  He was shooting 90 grains BH 209 under  300 grain Powerbelt.  I have not shot it yet myself.

Good luck with your grandson shooting yours this fall.

I just bought one last week and mounted a Bushnell Trophy XLT 3-9x-40 on it. I went to the range today and after some experminting I settled on 120gr Pyrodex RS, CCI Primers, and a TC 250gr PTX bullet.
I got several 3 shot 1 ragged hole groups at 100 yards. I am one happy camper.
