finally tamed the tracker 2 12gauge

Put a bag of lead shot in synthetic stock and stuffed cloth in it to keep shot up by stock bolt,installed survivor forend with the three deep pockets and put little bags of shot in each one now it weighs in at 8 pounds 12 ounces kicks a little more than a 410,balances out right in front of trigger guard

Detached forend studs are no fun, from the FAQs....CAUTION ON ADDING WEIGHT TO THE FOREND
