I will be using a pistol for calling predators at night and during low light and would like a good lighted reticle pistol scope any suggestions?
Thanks,
Erick

I like the Thompson Centers for the price. $220 for a 2.5-7 at Eds Contenders. Not sure what other powers are offered.

All four of my lighted scopes are Thompson Center scopes. Have then mounted on some heavy hitters (45-70, .411JDJ, .41GNR#2, and .7X30Waters). I haven't had a bit of trouble with any of them.

do these scopes really work or does the light over power the target? how often do you guys use them? are they worth the extra money?

Actually wish I did not have the one I have. I never really have needed it up till the end of legal shooting hours. With the T/C's the light does not over power the target, the crosshairs just glow red. Only reason I have one is because Ed sent it to me by mistake instead of a non lighted and I thought I might use it so I paid him the extra instead of returning it. Mine has only been on a 22 Contender for about 6 months and I keep thinking of trying to sell it for about what a non lighted one would cost.
