peck ranch

Well, I was glad to see peck ranch is going ahead and still having their management hunts this fall, since they did not allow turkey hunting this spring due to the elk release.
I am hopeful I will be drawn for the muzzleoader hunt in december, since I havent been drawn for 5 years. Hope to see you there! Good luck to all who applied.

I use to live right on the edge of what is now called Peck Ranch. My land came right up to one corner. It use to be Kinard Ranch and was 27,000 acres. I had permission to hunt it and another adjoining ranch of 17,000 acres. Boy those were great times. It's a beautiful area.
