What a bee-yoo-ta-mus combo!  I love everything about this gun.  The old Refield scope and the custom scopemounts as well as the stocks, show that previous owner(s) enjoyed the Handis as much as we do. This unit is pure right down classy.  And with the intention of passing it down to your son....priceless!  Have  I mentioned I REALLY like this gun?

How did you get that pistol grip to look so good?  I want on my .45-70 Handi...and a shorter LOP as well.

Nice to find one that a person liked as well as we all do instead of what we see at a pawn shop all beat up beacause they figured it was a "cheap, disposable" gun.
Good luck hunting, and remember don't scratch it  ;D
