10ga slugger?

been thinkin bout gettin the 10ga slug barrel fitted to my frame. Has anyone else done this , and if so , how did it shoot?

I'm thinkin' the 10 guage has it's own special frame, due to large bore size.  With a full size slug, you should be able do drop an elephant..... :o

+1 on the different frame.  10 ga and the 12 ga USH both use an SB-2 frame but the frame is relieved to a allow a barrel with a larger chamber swell.

Actually, the 10ga. smoothie was considered a small gauge for Africa, though I wouldnt be surprised to hear someone did get an elephant, seems that there has been a facination with finding out how small a caliber one could do it with. Somewhere I have an old article on the big bore somoothies on the Dark Continent and it 'inspired' me to make Ol' Ugly OverKill (a man's got to know his limitations, and mine is 12ga. Slugs).
