Anyone own one of the newer winchester highwall? What caliber and how is your acuracy?  I'm thinking about adding one of the new  45-70 hunters to my collection and would like a little insight on the rifle.

I got my wife one of the limited edition bpcrs in 45-70 a year ago, and it shoots quite well to 1000 yds.
I also know of a couple of the traditional hunters in 38-55 and 405 that shoot real well.

In the 1920's "sheeple" was a term coined by the National Socialist Party in Germany to describe people that would not vote for Hitler. In the 1930's they held Hitler as the only one that would bring pride back to Germany and bring the budget and economy back.....

I have a 45/70 that loves Winchester 300gr HPs.
It is scoped and shoots quite well out to about 300yds or so.
That is as far as I have tried it.
I also have one in 405.
Havn't really shot it much.
Lastly I have one in 270wsm and it is awlsome out to a tad over 500yds.
At 300 it drops about 3" to 4" with a 1.5" high 100yd zero.
At 500 it drops about 14" to 16".
Makes hold over at long range fairly easy.
The 270 loves the Winchester 130gr silver tip ballistic tip ammo the best.
